3.2 One Account Policy. Each person may hold only one registered account at ct777. Duplicate accounts – whether created intentionally or otherwise – are prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered to belong to the same individual, ct777 reserves the right to suspend all linked accounts, cancel all pending withdrawals, and forfeit any balances held in secondary accounts. Players who discover they have accidentally created duplicate accounts must contact ct777 support immediately.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. ct777 will not be liable for losses arising from your provision of inaccurate registration details. Providing false information, including a false name or date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these terms.
3.4 KYC Verification. ct777 is required to conduct identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal. This involves submission of a valid CNIC or passport. ct777 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a withdrawal request may have the withdrawal withheld pending verification.
3.5 Geographic Restriction. The ct777 platform is intended for use by Pakistani players. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ct777 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ct777 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly and specifically prohibited by applicable legislation targeting the individual player.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct777 account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 ct777 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or SMS. Any communication requesting your ct777 password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ct777 support immediately.
4.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ct777 support immediately and change your password.

5.1 Accepted Methods. ct777 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit via mobile wallet (JazzCash, Easypaisa) is Rs 500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 1,000. The maximum single deposit is Rs 500,000.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa credit to your ct777 PKR balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits credit within 15–30 minutes on business days. ct777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts that have completed KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements having been fulfilled.
5.4 Withdrawal Method. ct777 strongly recommends that you withdraw to the same payment method used to make your deposit. This expedites processing as account ownership is already established through the deposit record. ct777 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing withdrawals to methods not previously used for deposits.
5.5 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your ct777 account are from legitimate sources and are legally yours. You may not use your ct777 account to process funds on behalf of third parties.
6.1 ct777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms including, but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, eligible games, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits while wagering, time limits for completion, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a qualifying amount must be staked in eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-linked winnings is permitted. 6.3 Bonus Abuse. ct777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, and forfeit any bonus, promotional credit, or bonus-linked winnings where there is evidence that a player or group of players has attempted to exploit or abuse the bonus system. 6.4 ct777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
7.1 All games available at ct777, including live dealer games, slots, table games, and arcade games, are governed by their individual game rules. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules and paytables of any game before placing bets.
7.2 All RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers in certified studio environments. ct777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction during any game, ct777 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the relevant stake to the player's account. A malfunction voids all pays and plays in the affected round.
7.4 Sportsbook. Sports betting at ct777 is subject to additional betting rules governing market settlement, voided markets, in-play betting restrictions, and result verification. ct777's decision on the settlement of any bet is final, subject only to the disputes process set out in Section 12.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ct777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of balances:

11.3 Gambling involves financial risk and outcomes are never guaranteed. ct777 is not responsible for your gambling decisions or losses incurred through lawful use of the platform. You acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment and accept the risk of financial loss.
11.4 Nothing in these terms limits ct777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.1 Disputes. The majority of account, payment, and game-related queries are resolved at the first point of contact.
12.2 Final Decisions. In relation to game outcomes and bet settlements, ct777's decision, taken in good faith and in accordance with the applicable game rules, shall be final. ct777 will review any disputed settlement upon written request but reserve the right to uphold the original settlement where the game rules support it.
